Korte Architecture Inc. was founded in 2000 by Brian Korte with the desire to provide the highest level of service to clients.  Brian has been the driving force behind the success and growth of Korte Architecture as a progressive, full services architectural firm.  Acting as both principal and a project manager, involved in all aspects of a project, Brian is able to create stronger relationships, and provide better communication and continuity throughout the project.

Brian continues to stay abreast of the advances in the industry, becoming LEED certified,  adding 3-D modeling software to the companies production capabilities, and implementing BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.  Brian is licensed to practice architecture in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.

Search Inc. - Renovation of office/manufacturing building to educational facility for adults with developmental disabilities.

Lake House on Crystal Lake - New 3800 sq.ft. Lake house w/ walk out basement on Crystal Lake.

Addition to Trout Valley Home - 1300 sq.ft. Addition and whole house remodel.

Grand Sport Center - Luxury boat showroom and service center.

Becmar Sprinkler Systems - New corporate head quarters for irrigation contractor.

Hampshire Park District - New seven classroom preschool facility.

Otto Engineering - Renovation of historic, three story manufacturing building and one story high bay smokestack building, and addition of two story connecting building.

The Cove of Lake Geneva - Three story addition to condominium building, including banquet hall, kitchen, and meeting rooms.

Learning Tree Child Care Center - New twelve classroom preschool facility.
