In October 2002, Andrea joined Korte Architecture Inc. as a principal and project manager.

Andrea has been instrumental in managing the growth of Korte Architecture, while providing high quality services, technical knowledge and creative solutions to her clients.  Andrea’s ability to analyze projects from multiple directions, insures the best solutions are discovered.  Being an excellent listener, Andrea is able to address all the issues of a project and ask the right questions to fully understand the challenges.  Andrea continues to expand her contribution to the firm by becoming a LEED accredited professional and implementing both 3D design software and office/project management software.

Search Inc. - Renovation of office/manufacturing building to educational facility for adults with developmental disabilities.

Hampshire Park District - New seven classroom preschool facility.

Habitat for Humanity - Four new single family homes

Learning Tree Child Care Center - New twelve classroom preschool facility.

The Cove of Lake Geneva - Three story addition to condominium building, including banquet hall, kitchen, and meeting rooms.

Otto Engineering - Renovation of historic, three story manufacturing building and one story high bay “powerhouse” building, and addition of two story connecting building.
